So sorry about this. Firstly try pressing each button in turn, if this doesn't work, press them all at the same time. If you still have no luck you can get the watch out of this state by removing and reseating the battery.
If you are not happy doing this just return it to us in the UK and we can take care of it for you and we can reprogram it so it doesn't happen again.
