4e séance d'entraînement depuis lundi, c'est chaud, il reste 2 séances pour terminer la semaine.
Même certains jeunes chez les élites ont souffert, je suis rassuré parce que je suis à 2 doigts de "gerber"
Un exo de ouf: Départ dans l'eau 15 m NL à vitesse Max + une culbute dans le vide et on repart en amplitude et il faut recommencer 20 fois !
