1 arm drill, 2 arms drill with board (breathe every 3 strokes)
1 arm drill, 2 arms drill (with pull buoyl) without board.
Legs must be extended and not bending.
2 leg kicks with boards and flippers (Focus on legs being extended)
Arms must join together and be next the ears.
When arm drill with board, hold board with hand just on the side, shoulder to the sky, face to the wall. Every 3 strokes, long breath 🫁
